Built for Luxury. Styled for Connection.
A collaborative proposal between Curtis Homes + Ash Cascade Design pairing modern mountain architecture with artwork inspired by the landscapes & lived experience of the Pacific Northwest.
Art helps buyers imagine a life here, creating a meaningful connection to both the home and the Central Oregon landscape beyond its walls.
Together, we can create spaces that inspire belonging, helping buyers envision themselves as part of the story long before they receive the keys.
Art is more than a
finishing touch.

Hello! I’ve been an artist and surface designer here in Bend, Oregon for over 13 years. I’ve had exhibits at The High Desert Museum and many local businesses in the area. I have been a featured artist in Bend Magazine twice.
And I’ve quietly followed along with the incredible growth of Curtis Homes LLC for years after briefly meeting Emily and Cameron at the park with their daughters.
I deeply admire the intentional, elevated spaces your team is creating within our community. Your home designs stand out because they feel thoughtfully crafted and deeply connected to the Central Oregon lifestyle. My artwork is inspired by that same landscape, drawing from the colors, textures, and stories that define this region.
A couple weeks ago, I had an idea as I explored your recent projects. I began imagining how locally created artwork could further strengthen the sense of place already present within your homes.
I believe there is an incredible opportunity to create an even deeper emotional connection for buyers through artwork that reflects the spirit of Central Oregon.
I would be honored if you took a moment to explore the collaboration idea I’ve created below.

LOCAL ART MAKES A
DIFFERENCE
Every new home has an address. The best homes have a sense of belonging right from the beginning.
For buyers relocating to Central Oregon, thoughtfully selected local artwork can help bridge the gap between a beautiful house and a genuine sense of belonging. Rather than walking through a home that could exist anywhere, prospective buyers are immersed in artwork inspired by the landscapes, wildlife, colors, and stories that make this region unique.
For longtime Central Oregon residents, locally created artwork reinforces a shared appreciation for place and demonstrates a commitment to supporting the creative community that helps shape the character of the region.
By weaving local artwork into the home experience, buyers are invited to connect emotionally with both the home and the community around it, helping transform a showing into a vision of life here.
THE DETAILS + OPTIONS
-
A collection of professionally framed Ash Cascade artwork thoughtfully selected to complement the home's architecture, finishes, and design direction. By incorporating locally inspired artwork throughout key spaces, homes feel warmer, more personal, and more connected to Central Oregon.
Artwork may be purchased with the home, gifted to the homeowner, or rotated into future Curtis Homes properties based on buyer preference, creating flexibility while maintaining a consistent design experience across multiple homes.
-
The framed artwork from the home buying presentation can also be a gift presented at closing as a lasting reminder of both home and place. Whether a mountain landscape, regional wildlife piece, or botanical artwork, each gift creates a lasting relationship between the homebuyer and Curtis Homes.
Another option is to let the homebuyer chose a custom piece out of my collection that resonates with them as a closing gift.
-
I also offer commissioned or original artwork created specifically for the architecture, interior palette, or surrounding landscape, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for your homeowners.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
I offer both original artwork and professionally reproduced fine art prints depending on the needs of the project.
Original paintings are one-of-a-kind, handmade works created in my Central Oregon studio.
For larger-scale projects and more flexible installation options, many homes may be better suited for fine art prints on stretched canvas. These pieces are professionally reproduced from my original artwork using archival materials and are designed to closely resemble the texture, depth, and presence of the originals while offering a more approachable price point.
-

My goal is to create a partnership structure that feels elevated, approachable, and mutually beneficial while maintaining the integrity and value of the artwork.
